Forearm freeze w/ pics - 08-03-2008, 07:00 PM

Hey, I just need some tips on my forearm freeze.
Here are some of the most recent ones:

(i know they're all very similar..sorry)

my question is how do i hold it for longer? i can only hold it for like half a sec, Lol.. is it cuz i got no arm strength or is it a balance-issue?
And is my form ok?

Thanks.

try do fore arm freeze with the other hand on the ground to support u, hold as long as u can. once u can hold pretty long try do fore arm freeze without the other hand to support.

I dont think its a strength issue i had the same problems with turtle freeze and holding a handstand its just Balance and Fluency you gota teach ya body to become more fluent with the move then it wont be as difficult to hold
