Airbaby Guide Welcome to my Guide for the freeze : Airbaby (sorry if my english is a lil bit bad) Alright I'm kinda bored so i decided to write this guide^^ i hope it will help This is a Guide for Airbabys with right hand, so if you're a lefty just switch ok first of all you need to know how to do a 2 handed airbaby ![]() 2handed Airbaby its pretty easy and you can get it just by looking at it Many Newbs are always slippin of their ellbow DONT put your Knee on your Ellbow you will always slip of. the place where to put your knee is a lil bit above the ellbow Between your Ellbow and your Triceps, theres a sweet spot That is the place where you put your knee on. Now if your slipping of again, the reason might be that your right arm (stabbing arm) is to straight. The Gravity will make you fall of your arm. Just Bend your arm so you can put your knee on it without falling. This way your weight is shiftet to the front (north). Hold yourself like that and use your left arm AND your left leg to hold your balance. *EDIT* i forgot to mention the hand-placement^^ right hand is ALWAYS facing to the RIGHT!! The Onehanded Airbaby: Now before you start practicing this you must be able to hold a 2handed without any problems. ok first of all the 2handed airbaby i showed above is a noob-version^^ they're always leaned foward to much. your face might "kiss" the floor xD so to get rid of this problem just lower your left leg AND straighten your left arm! This is important to learn onehanded Airbabys. ![]() try to straighten ONLY your left arm and keep your right arm bend. this way you wont slip off. now to pick up your left hand you need to put it more in front of you. this will make it easier to pick it up. Also now your left hand is pointing to the front BUT KEEP YOUR LEFT ARM STRAIGHT! ![]() Alright now if you got that try to put all your weight onto your right arm. try to point your chest a lil bit to the left, but ONLY your chest or else you'll slip off again. It happend often to me that my left leg was always drifting upwards so it helped me to press my to legs a lil bit togehter to keep them in place. it helped me to control the movements of my legs^^ OK to get more weight of your left arm practise holding a 2handed airbaby only on your finger tips. as more you practise as more weight will come off that arm. try to use 5 fingers at first ,then go 4 fingers and so on. ![]() OK now for the balancing Lean onto your stabbing arm till you dont feel any weight on your supporting arm anymore. all you need to do now is pick up your left hand. pick it up BUT DONT SWING IT in the air. just go slowly. now you need to balance. to do this try to keep the height of your left HAND and your left FOOT and the same level. try to bend your right leg in the SAME ANGLE as the right ARM!. All comes with practice^^ alrigth this is THE WAY I LEARNED IT. Im not a Airbaby master or somethin xD i can barely hold a onehanded for about 10 seconds. Ok now for some tips Now if your practising this freeze you can actually practice some transitions at the same time^^ if your slip off your arm and fall to your right try to fall directly into a handglide. if you slip off to the left try to get into a footwork position. if you leaned to much to the front try to get into a headstand. if holding it on your fingertips is too hard for you, try it on your inner knuckles YOU NEED TO MASTER the 2handed airbaby with straight supporting-arm first before you can learn the one-handed. if you always slip off your arm, try using clothes with much friction or use a elbow pad. BUT only to practice the Balancing. Dont get used to El-pads!! it takes some time to learn this^^ just practice this about 10 minutes a day. alright hope this helped^^ if you got any questions just ask Duo_D |
