No i dont think you need strenght for this. do you slip of to the side or just straight down? if down then just lower your upper body that way your knee wont slip of downwards. and if you slip of to the side : try to practice these with jeans or an ellbowpad. practice the "very-much-leaned-forward-almost-kissing-the-floor-airbaby" xD that way you get used to having your knee stabbed into your arm. the place you stab is between your triceps and your ellbow. and your fingers MUST point outwards. NOT to the front! you'll see the difference if you try^^ then if you can hold the twohanded withouth problems you can move on to one-handed and start practicin the real move^^ |

yeah its preety easy to go from baby into airbaby^^ its like the same from baby freeze to headstand. a lil bit hard to explain but its preety easy. do a normal baby reeze but with your forehead on the ground then lean your weight onto it and onto your non-stabbin-arm. now you can try to get into a small headstand. from there just "drop" into n airbaby. yeah but dont try this if you cant do a twohanded airbaby for about 10 seconds or more^^

when i try the 2-handed it seems like my arm tenses up which makes the "sweetspot" disappear, is the arm suppose to be tensed? or did i just not find the sweetspot?
