I'm going to go try this tomorrow.... and downloading this youtube video, putting it on my t.v, and spend 1-2 hours on only airchairs.
Exactly how much harder is regular airchair compared to piked airchair? |

one more vote for sticky...
 very good one i can stall for like 5-6 sec but this will definately help me improve it...i think i need to stretch a little bit more because when i catch my toes it`s a little bit hard for me to fully extend the leg... i liked the exercises very much some very usefull ones.. respect |
