hey um when i do this i kinda semi hold my breath and breath very lightly cause if i really breath my muscles relax how do you fix this breathing problem?

so even if i can hold a hangin handstand and scissor my legs while doing it for a good 1 or 2 seconds i still have a strength problem? it had nothing to do with learning to breath correctly or something like that?

I LIKE THIS FREEZE A LOTTT. i love doing on handed things.. are there any more one handed moves i should learn?? im deff using this guide its really good =]

A stall is the position you use for a jack hammer or a windmill.
I would call this a hand stand stall / air freeze of some sort. Someone really needs to come up with names for breaking moves if we want to have the legitimacy of other dance forms. I been dancing since 82 and still so many names for one move. Mmmmmmmk. |
