@ thatboyrichy: It's your choice, you can choose to lean back or not. It's easier to hold airchairs leaned back, and they look better in my opinion.
@ f-spect: You're not really comfortable with the airchair position yet. Tell me more, which direction are you falling? Are you falling forwards? Anyway I'm pretty sure that it's because you're not used to the airchair position. It happened to me too. Work on the shoulder stretch 2 which gets you used to the airchair position. Good Luck |

Okay guys, recently I've been getting tons of requests to update my guide with some more info on airchairs.
Soon it will include: Threading, Unstabbers, two-handed airchairs ,and maybe Airchair suicides... lol but you guys will have to wait a while, I'm drowning in work! |

i have 2 questions:
1- it´s possible to stab my elbow in my back and not in the side??!?!? ( in the middle of the back) 2-can u have many spots to stab?? |

hey Bboy Cliche, nice guide! i'm learning airchairs now. I'm still trying to get used to the airchair position. i can do a chair freeze for as long as i want
