question: how do you get your legs so straight up? my legs bend and then i fall back or two the side. how did you get to hold it for so long [i saw your clip before. it was really dark by the way].

Well all the stretches that I mentioned in the guide really help. The stretches for your hamstrings are the ones that'll help you pike though. I do them 3 times a day.
And I got to hold it for long with practice man.

That one stretch on the wall is probably the most useful stretch out of all of them.

Hey Cliche, VERY nice guide man. I'll definitely be doing those stretches from now on. Oh but I think I'm doing something wrong with that one hamstring "active" stretch. Like when I do it, I don't feel my hamstring stretching, but instead my quads...any ideas?

try to get ur back as straight as possible. Your legs are probably bending to the side as well. Try to keep them straight, if all else fails then upload a vid of u doin it. And I'll see wats wrong.

Cliche here are the possible things i think may be wrong with my chairs
a) when i baby freeze and try to sizzor i cant get my left leg onto my right elbow(i dont know if that has anything to do with this whatsoever) but i thought i would mention it.
b) i can't find the "sweetspot"
c) when i try the chair freeze i rest on my left shoulder and my hand stabs the air instead of my side.

thats all i can think of

a) Do some splits(stretches).
b) Stand straight facing a wall, now put your hand on the wall and stab where you would stab for the baby freeze. Now twist your body around so your elbow is resting on your back, thats your sweet spot. If this doesn't work then just experiment. Thats GrandMoren's method by the way, but I used to use it as well.
c) I used to have this problem as well, just try to put your head on the floor. But use your free hand and your legs to push your body up so you can stab your elbow into your back.
If you're still having problems then upload a video or a picture for me to see.
