flying_steps: naw man, nothing is impossible. haha, just 2 weeks ago, i thought id never be flexible enough to do the chair freeze cuz i was stabbing literally on my side. but through intense stretching, now i can stab right next to my spine, which will make it easier to airchair. im still working on it though, cuz i dont have back flexibility yet.

xBlurzx: well, a lot of people have different sweet spots for stabbing. some like to do it on the back, and some like to do it on the side. it just matters which is most comfortable.

Hardest freeze to learn, so much trouble for me!

How long should I hold a balance while holding onto a chair to move on from actually kicked up without holding anything.

Also my chairfreeze has a lower stab just a bit, should I change this?

its impossible lol you might at the most sprain a little but it will go away in an hour, your not high enough to be breaking bones(when u transition from air freezes to air chairs then you can start working)

where exactly do you stab for air chairs? This may sound too much, but may you upload multiple pictures of air chairs in different angles? Cause Im not sure where you're supposed to stab

find your spine. you stab near the spine a little to the side that you stab from. it doesn't really matter how high or how low you stab, but usually you stab higher when you pike

guys, does it difficult to find balance when our legs are in the air?

My friend held my hand, but I always fell off my stabbed elbow when I tried to raise up my leg to air...

I wonder if I stabbed my elbow in wrong places? or is it normal ?
