Everyone's different. As long as you balance

I've been trying to find my balance and stretch for this freeze by holding the normal chair for longer than normal periods of time, like right now I'm at 5 minutes. Would this help me get airchairs or is it just useless??

I think holding an airchair feels way different from holding a normal chair freeze. If you want airchairs just keep trying to do them ALLLLL the time and eventually you'll be able to pull some off and you'll be like OH SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!!!!! That will keep you motivated to do them more and more until you're a pro.
If you want to balance an airchair, try holding it with two hands for a while, then slowly take your supporting hand off and shift all your weight to the inner knuckles of your stabbed hand. I actually find it easier to start off just on one hand and finding my balance from there though. Whatever floats your boat. |

How often should you do the stretches well at least the shoulder flexibility one? Or whats the minimum?
and when you stab is it supposed to hurt cuz it hurts when my shoulder goes into my back. |

When you think you need more shoulder flexibility, you might be wrong, you need back flexibility too.
Shoulder flexiblity helps you stab and make your chest go upwards Back flexibility helps your legs face upwards instead of sideways. but the more shoulder flex u got, the less back u need, the more back flex u got, the less shoulder u need...soo yeah. (this is what my friend told me, and it helped) |
