My invert instructional Video - 12-19-2004, 03:44 AM

its not all that super special haha. I made it for a friend and i decided it could probably help out to post it here. I seen invert pic guides but not a vid so i dotn think id be flooding.

This is just the basics of the freeze. The text is a lil hard to read and its missnig some words. One is supposed to say "as close to your head as possible"

and the last instructional text should read "pointing your fingers inward toward your head lets you get deeper by popping your shoulders and help to retaini balance.

NE other questions just ask

^ Those are damn good inverts. as for the hands being far apart, that doesn't really matter, unless you wanna get lower to the ground (which is cooler to some people) And that is incredible balance...

And the guide is great, I can't do inverts for long tho lol. XD!

haha, imno bgirl the exact same thing happened to me when I first tried an invert, except I went against a wall to get the feel of going lower and bending my legs towards my face more. I fell almost right away, doing an invert for the first time really shows you if you have alot of shoulder and arm strength or not :P

don't let ur cheese slip off ur cracker

This my new account, I won't post under El-J anymore.
