I got them first 3 months of bgirling. Surpised the crew lol. I can only hold them for 2-3 seconds max, now i want to work on bringing my legs closer. As of those who fell on their head, thats alright! Once you fall a few times your body will know how to fall so you wont injure yourself, no worries.

aight I've looked at this guid before, it helped me alot now I can hold one for a couple seconds but I was wondering how to git your hips lower to the grownd my inverts almost look like a handstand with a little hint of an invert. I have also used a wall for suport and I can get a lil lower but still. any advice?
