Freeze for beginners -
11-19-2003, 06:24 PM
Any advice anyone has for someone like myself as I still don't know how to do a freeze up to now. What are some good ways, excercises and routines anyone would recommend that can help teach a newbie like myself how to do a freeze?? Any advice for the more heavyset types??

if you got a perfect balance, you might create a freeze by yourself. Some freezes don't need too much abdominal strenght to perform. Yet the variations from the freeze like air baby to one handed airbaby, or chair to air-chair.

Foundational Freezes
Baby freeze is in there, its under the red heading "baby freeze". It's a simple move, helps build some arm strength and balance when you first start off. Personally, I learned from this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=knJIpeoDfE8 good luck! |
