Is it possible 2 do l kick 2 invert easily? cos i can l kick but i cnt rele invert n i like find it easier 2 nearly get into them that way?

yea its possible

lol i do them, the only problem for me is the hand placement when u catch urself, work on that and u can get it




working on:
flares

flexibility

transitions...all about the transitions baby...

kool, is it easier 2 jump into 1 handed inverts when learnin them or is there a well easy way?

u can deinately do l-kick 2 invert

one handed inverts? do u mean a pike? cuz then that's a bit more difficult, u'd have to twist ur should into the right position to alow your legs to fall to ur face that way
