learn windmills into handstands and skyscrapers(handstands while walking in a circle). Work from there.

do windmill to chair, it's the easiest to do out of windmill

its also easy to swing into a windmill after a chair

Make sure you don't have too much momentum when you go into your chair. Or else KERRACK.

mills, to back spin, to forearm roll back

ezy combo and looks sick

work on using one forearm and the other hand when u practice rollbacks, and when u can balance pretty well like that, work on balancing on just one forearm

not as hard as it seems
