This is a very dope move and I hope you can get me when I explain. If you know how to perform backspins and stars, the best part to start on is the shoulder. Practice rolling back into hollows / handstands. You are going to just pop up with your legs onto your elbow. This a VERY HARD . The idea that will be most hopeful is to find your equilibrium *fuck spelling* and start from there. You might want to begin with practicing just sitting back onto your elbow and locking from there. Good luck, I wish I could show you by video, but alas, my pain reconciles.
