As for hollows- The advice 8plexus gave was on point. The way I learned(and still working on perfecting) is go into a backbend/bridge and then do what's called a back walk-over(i.e. lift one foot in the air and push off the other one). Here's where ab and shoulder muscle strength is beneficial. Depending on what you're going for, you can do a basic hollow here to an invert. You could cross your leg 90 degrees over the other leg while inverted....etc.
Just wanted to shed light on a different transition. Also, some practice against a wall. Some are against it, but I find it's helpful until you practice it enough. Think of the wall like training wheels when you're riding a bike. Until you gain your balance, you need those extra wheels.
Mistikal: That's a
tight avatar. I'm assuming that's you. I'm gonna have to pm you and get some advice on how to execute that move
