you put your hand near the base of your spine...not necessarily on the spine though. And you balance on the tip of your elbow.
Just put your hand where I told you and lay so that your shoulder, head, and upper part of your arm are laying on the ground. Then roll onto the tip of your elbow and kick your legs into the air, try to grab your feet with your free hand
Or, you can put your hand in the same place as above and only have the tip of your elbow and your feet on the ground, just like a chair freeze. Then kick and try to grab your feet.
