Hollow burn - 09-16-2003, 04:40 PM

yo.

im curently trying my newest move. its difficult.
its a headhollow/headglide combo move.

its like a headglide, only done backwards and with kicks

anyway, heres d prob:

everytime, after im done with exercising this, i feel a pain on my lower back. its not d bone, but d muscles. it hurts every time i finish with this, not between or before d move.

i think its a burn, but burns do not happen even if u warm up properly and correctly. or do they?

tips? help me plz.

peace

dont give up that easily if ur not makin progress, its the way of bboyin. just keep going!

hmm could be a lot of things. How long have you been practicing that move? Maybe your back muscles arent used to it and they are just getting sore from not being used often. Thats prefectly normal and you will be fine and you dont even really have to rest them. You might have pulled a muscle or irritated nerves or bruised a bone... lots of things could have happened. Im guessing that you are just sore from using the muscles you havent used in a while but if its really bothering you stop and see a doctor or something. You dont want to risk having a bad back the rest of your life...
