soviet made a guide in the moves section. its called airchairs i guess and deals with chair freezes, airchairs and elbow chairs

A chair, I thought it was the basic freeze beginners learn. Thats the first freeze I learned.

I'll tell you one thing, it isn't close to looking like airchairs. I'll try to explain how a chair looks like. First, you go on your knees in an egyptian position. I'll explain in the right knee that's facing up. Anyway, you put your left elbow to the right side of the right knee. Now you put your right elbow on your right hip and lean on both hands and pick up your body off the ground until you start to lean on the right side of your head. If a chair freeze has another name, please tell me.
