Working on Inverts -
11-21-2009, 09:02 PM
So I tried doing some inverts against a wall and they weren't that deep.
And I managed to do an invert or two but they were not deep, will my inverts get deeper as I'm learning them? |

Haha thanks str33t!
You seem to be hella helpful around every area, I remember you helped me in the windmill section xD. They are currently barely inverts. |

as your working on your inverts your shoulders are going to get more flexible so when you do them you can go much deeper, also stretch your shoulders dont want to get hurt (like me haha)
