yo i read the guide and i did everything and i see a difference already so thanks =]
but. when im doing the turtle freeze or baby freeze my butt is in the air and it feels like its not normal like it feels like its way too high, and i was showing my bro today, and hes like,, "why is your ass in the air man?" so does that matter or can it just be my style ? |

If you dont... then.... try to make your body parallel to the ground ( turtle) and lower your hips but still keep those legs off the ground and raising your head ( Still keep of the ground thought. Rely on your arms) Remember to breath. For the baby...just....put ur head out more? Or Lower your hips? Try that and see if it works. It would help if you could post a picture so i can see the problem better. Hope this helps. Practice hard. Good luck. |

Well I can say I made a post a month ago about how to do a halo freeze and that I was having trouble putting my other hand parralel to my stabbed hand. and noone gave me advice, I saw this guide and I did some of its stretches(not even a lot and barely practiced) and first try I was able to get my hand on the other side and I just want to say...I love you!
Now All you need to do is make a sidechair tutorial(or airchair works) then we can be best friends for life |
