hey Ive been trying to hong 10 for about a month and a half, and my problem is getting my other hand(not stabbed) to be parallel to my stabbed hand. I believe its due to shoulder flexibility which I will try those stretches you suggested but Im having a hella hard time getting on the back of my head. Got any tips for that?

During the strech or the freeze?
Because during the freeze your not on the back of your head. Your on the back of the TOP of your head. You should almost be looking backwards. |

Well It really should be that hard if your already flexible.
For airchair pike. Stab all little more back and get into the chair freeze. Now dont cross your legs this time. They should be facing up. Now kick your legs. STRAIGHT Up and Your head. Bam. Piked Airchair. If you wanna go into it from side chair. Just rotate your hips. and straighten the legs. In pikes its basically. like bringing the legs in closer to your body/ head with the hips rotated so your bellybutton is facing upwards sort of. Takes practice. Good Luck. and Thanks. Any more questions and Feedback welcome. |

Try contacting any of these moderators:
Chucky, mason_boy, Zulu Chibi, MrSander7x, AlphaTrion, DnA, MaDD, Proof, Kevetic They should be able to help you out. I haven't really seen many of MaDD's posts around lately unless I am blind, so he may be inactive or busy. Try one of the others. ![]() Edit: He's active, just hasn't responded to your pm yet, I guess. :3 |
