Valid Point, but for begginers i made the guide so they could understand the 'stab'. ALSO One Handed Airbaby is about balance and strength and has only little to do with the fingers, and that is how you learn to balance in it. ex Fingertip technique, and pressing down with your fingers to get more balance.) Time and practice will give you better airbabies.

You are right in saying that it is easier to put the free hand on the 'stabbing' hand, and allowing to get used to the pressure. I will add this to the guide.

You dont stab in back for baby freeze.
You must of read wrong. The baby stab is the same as the handglide stab.
Stab your dominant hand into the lower corner of your abs.

Yes its in the back. As i have shown. It shouldnt hurt like hell.... It will hurt...

Like i said.. Relax... Come back to it later when it doesnt hurt.. and try again and again... You will get it eventually and then pain will go away.
