You are right in saying that it is easier to put the free hand on the 'stabbing' hand, and allowing to get used to the pressure. I will add this to the guide. |

how come you stab in your back for baby freeze? it hurts like hell! i'm stabbing my arm slightly towards the back and it hurts so much that i have to stop after a few seconds. is it just a matter of getting used to?

You must of read wrong. The baby stab is the same as the handglide stab. Stab your dominant hand into the lower corner of your abs. |
