wtf is my wrist effed up? -

k ive been practicing airchairs for aoubt a month
my wrist was hurting pretty much the whole time i was practicing them.. so i took a break and its been 2 weeks and it still hurts like hell, so should i worry about this or will it just go away if i give it more time? |

U should go see the doctor. I also practised air chairs and injured my wrist. I also rested for 2 weeks or so but the pain didnt go away. I went to see the doctor he said my wrist's ligament was torn and cant do wrist freezes 4ever. So ya see the doctor!!!

Nope, only shoulder/forearm related freezes. Apparently i was born with weak ligaments

No I still can do some moves like unstabbed mills, footwork and shoulder->forearm transitions. But i have less moves then i had before

and its not only when i do airchair its when i put any pressure on it like in a baby freeze or handglide or even shifting my weight on it during footwork ![]() |
