I had the same problem when I first started it should go away...I know exactly the spot your talking about, the pain there went away after 2 weeks but yours might be worse than mines

Then rest for a couple of days or go to see a doctor

went to the doc got xrayed
found out my right pinky toe has a fracture and so does my right middle finger....
good news doc says my wrist will be fine though!
