bad calls are part of the game....its the better team that runs with it,...pittsburgh won that game for them selves...nothing biased about it, the refs were an allstar group that did the best they could

I'm such a begger when it comes to cds. I don't like spending 20 bucks on a disc based on the fact I heard one track....although Talib, I would go out and buy...but you know what I'm saying.

I been going to the gym for about a month now (after a 4 month hiatus) and been working with a nutritionist/trainer (comes with the sign up) and it feels really good. I was sick this whole weekend and thought going to the gym would kill me today, but I actually feel awesome after a shower. My arms and abs are hurting!

I haven't been writing much lately, lack of time really, but I'm actually learning the tables........ADDICTING yo. For real. Got a few hip hop, jungle and breaks records I been trying to lace....its not as easy as it looks I know that now.

I'm gonna go peep New Phex, then I have to take an online quiz for a business management course I'm taking. I hate timed quizzes.

i am currently working on proposals... im working with the ronald mcdonald house and the cancer patients - mostly kids and their parents but some adult patients - to help them create memory albums and picture frames, crafty stuff (cuz thats my forte apparently) soliciting donations from businesses and big time scrapbooking suppliers and designers for supplies and then ima actually get ta go there and work with the kids and teach the classes and shit.... i can actually make a difference in someones life. im soooooo excited!!!
