check this then razz.. if this was a live battle scenario, nobody in this forum would even get by with their lame verses filled with filler about gunplay and how dope they are, cause in the time limit, they wouldn't have said anything about the other person. if this was a live free battle.. you wouldn't be able to drop verses on how stretched someones lines are or how long their verse is.. you're being a hypocrite. personals win battles not hollow punches alone.. and so called "personals" about how peoples words fit on the page or how they format their posting wouldn't exist. you'd get booed off stage if you took the same tack as a text battle. so stop trying to treat text as the same as an oral battle. Now this is real.. noone on this site can be fucked reading wordplay.. judging is all on flow.. you flow, you win even with punches that have been said a million times.. i could drop lines with dope flow by using single syllables, you'd give me mega props.. i could chuck all my wordplay out so everyone here can understand it without having to use their brain... i could use played lines we've all seen before about how long a person's post is, how gay they are, how they want to bite my verse, how i can shoot them with my glock, how their av looks stupid or their name sucks, and you'd give me props for "wordplay" that talks about stretched lines and anuses.. and then you'd say how i used dope personls and had the best punches. I'm not being a bitch like some of the people on this forum and changing my style to fit what the voters like.. to me that would be selling out, and yet you see the same shit by the same posters and the same posters winning.. really Sub, i don't really agree wit you, but some of your ideas are kinda of agreeable.... but it's like this... first off, flow still counts alot... and even if it's text, some of the same principles of live or audio battles are used.... the difference is the punches... there's differnet shit to say wit text.... different material to use... but it's still about punches and flow... wordplay is key to, but trying to get too complex or abstract still takes away from the quality of your punches..... the only things that should be explained are personals that peeps might not know, but u shouldn't have to explain what your saying in your verse...... like i said before, it's about creatity and not complexity... if ya wanna see good wordplay juss read some of Lunatic Lines' shit.. he always used alot of wordplay, and his shit was tight... still had good flow and hard punches...

First of all, i was commenting to razzles comparisons between audio battling and text battling.. he was the one saying they were completely divergent.. not me, i was pointing out how he was sounding hypocritical, by using extremes. He was saying that wordplay didn't win battles.. cause in audio battles... See my point? I just said that the two should be treated differently, not the same and by using razzle's point of view, using extremes to point out the differences and WHY wordplay should be counted and held in high esteem.
