Last EDIT was on August 7, 2005

Material Provide By:
Video Guide: By I-NooB
Text Guide: By Moochy - Mania

So Thx you guys for making kick ass Tutorial.

Text Guide:
start standing with your legs apart some ( same as step 6)

1. Put your right hand on the floor a couple of feet in front of you ,
then step your right foot in front of that so that your left knee bends .

2. Then cross your left foot behind your right foot ( so that your shins are making sort of an x ) .

3. Step your right leg parallell to the left and put your left hand down so that you are in a crab position facing up to the ceiling .

4. Then do exactly the same thing going around to the back - left leg crosses over the right , lifting up your right arm

5. right foot steps back ,

6. left foot steps sideways to get your legs parallell to each other and now you are facing down to the floor , legs in the wide V where you started ."

Actually bck, if you haven't noticed, he only does the kicking out motion when he's actually 'doing' the six step, not showing how to do it. He does the kicking in both six steps. Really I don't notice too much of a difference..

I have one question:

When I do the 6-Step, should I stand in the same postion as I start after the last step? (I mean in the same direction)

Becaus when I do the 6-Step, my body is always 90° - 360° turned and I stand in another direction as I start.

What is right?
Or is both right?

I hope you understand my question.
