ok i dont no if im right but i think i just recentley figured out how to do the 12 step, it looks like shit but i think this is it:
start on all fours looking at the ground (ccw) move left leg under right move right to the right then left leg over right and then repeat the process, i think ur sposed to stay on all fours throught the whole 12 step, not sure... |
