roations, knee swipes, baby swipes( 2 step) 4 step , 5 step, 12 step... all kinds of stuff
basically, just take what you know and try to start mixing it up
what's interesting is when you're clean and confident enough to freestyle. Start watching videos - notice that you rarely see just tech footwork, it's always mixed up. Do the same

swipes r good to mix into ur footwork. learn 1 legged swipes cuz almost every bboy can do 2 legged. air babies r good to link into footwork at the end, especially 1 handed.
dizzy run??? is that like silly step? i use kneespins and lots of spins in my footwork cuz thats just my style. u should work on style all the time and less on the power moves. power moves r good but style can beat power any day.
moves i got
all variations of footwork, toprock, uprock, turtles, helicopter/coffee grinder(1 and 2 handed), skyscraper, (air)chair, planche, kip up, no handed kip up, swipes, front handspring, front tuck, 2 handed air baby, super duper L kick, 1 legged swipes, handglides, crickets, windmills (stabbed), both ways leg hops, scissor kicks, back handsprings/back tucks, flash kicks, double legs, fulls, double fulls, front fulls, kick fulls, pretty much any crazy tumbling pass, and wallflips.
pm me and i'll help u with any of those moves

im thinkin dizzy run is like somewhat a toprock with some weird steps or somethin. Like you do generic stuff on your toprock routine that looks cool....not sure though...
