Are u just learning the six-steps or u are really good at it already?...coz if u are just starting, maybe u use ur hand a lot to balance urself(this based on my experience)....that's y it is hurting...give it a rest will be a cure...but if it still paining after 2-3 weeks....u know wat to do!...DOCTORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!

Breaking can be whatever you want it to be. If you want it
to be the original, structured dance that it was 20 years ago,
then it can be that for you. If you want it to be your own
limitless form of expression, it can be that for you.
The world will never agree on what exactly Breaking is...
and if the world ever does agree, then I guess I won't be Breaking anymore.

"GRAFFITI IS AN ART, AND IF ART IS A CRIME, HOW COME PICASSO NEVER DONE TIME"

Cavemen did it, so did Romans and Egyptians. The Incas did
it, so did Greeks and Native Americans. There was graffiti on the
New York subway a year after it was built. There`s graffiti on the
moon. If graffiti is vandalism, and vandalism is graffiti, then man
has left his mark with garbage at the farthest reaches of the
universe. So you with your pathetic desire to be remembered are in
good company. I could spend a ream of paper telling you about the
development of modern graffiti, but we`ve got other ground to cover.
It`s important that you know it, so ask your local expert (or DJ
Deadly Budda in Pittsburg if you don`t have one) and he`ll tell you
his version.

if u cant support ur weight on ur fingers maybe u arent using enough of ur hand

when u go on ur fingertips make sure that ur four fingers r completely on the ground and not raised up and dont kick ur thumb with ur hand *ouch*

i still have problems with my thumbs but it doesnt happen while i break

Vin Diesel and the Internet - relation? I THINK SO

Vin Diesel invented the internet while trying to steal cable TV.

Contrary to popular belief, it was in fact Vin Diesel who invented the internet. Al Gore stole the designs when Vin fell asleep at his keyboard.

i don't know anyone who breaks who hasn't sprained at least one finger in their time ... it takes time to build up the strength in your hands to practice footwork consistently without pain . Try using a grip ball if you want to work on finger strength- i do my footwork on my fingers, but not my fingertips. It took a few days to get used to but gives me more clearance andi have long legs so that helps a bunch . Ice your hand when it hurts , and remember to circle your wrists and move your fingers all the time to keep the muscles working and warm . In tme you'll learn how to balance yourself better on your hands but for nowjust keep on trying. You also might want to try just telling yourself to put weight on a different part of your hand for a while and see if that changes anything

you must have been a bgirl.... because the only moves that you pulled on me were heartbreakers
