Hey guys this is my first guide so tell me if its ok enough...
This guide is for CCW for CW just change it...
ok lets get started!!
Step 1:Get your self on the ground all fours looking on the floor..
Step 2:raise your right hand and put your left leg where your right hand was..
Step 3:now put your right leg under your left leg creating a cross with both legs keep your right hand up...
Step 4

ut your right hand down behind you and put your left leg across your right leg...
Step 5:Lift your left hand
Step 6:Put your right leg under your left leg just like above but this time your right leg is under your left leg...and then just pull your legs back and you get back to the starting position...
its a bit hard to explain the move but i will post a vid..!!
