I can't control my arms when i practice UFO and my knee drop the floor.
the arms are like cricket?
Please help me, thank....

Guy in that vid couldnt do ufos well yet, i would suggest u and the guy in vid to learn fast turtles, fast crickets and like at least around 10 rounds.
