the vids not there but i saw it i got my ways -_- ....um make your crickets cleaner and smoother and quicker than you'll be ready for jackhammers not yet the key to jackhammers is clean smooth fast crickets

hmm.. i dont kno but to me it does look clean o-o i mean i think its cleaner then mine and i did do 2 jackhammers before and his are alot more cleaner lol idk its really your choice just do them and if your having trouble post it and see if they'll help =D
well ur crickets r lookin pretty good u seem pretty comfortable wit them u cud prolly do a couple jack hammer rotations buh i think u shud clean up crisckets like stay rooted in that spot and u shud b able to d beautifu jack hammers
you can answer these kind of questions your self, by simply trying a jack hammer or 2 and if you cant do them..then you arent ready. but just try ending your cricket sets with a jack hammer
u need to work on ur rotation more for ur crickets, and then practice leaning in the direction of ur spin, once u get used to that u can rely on ur one hand for the hammers. until then, work on cleaning up ur crickets and using ur whole body for ur rotations. Hand placements are also important.
no, i would make your crickets faster and more controlled, right now it looks like your using alot of oomph to hop, you should be going fast with quick clean hops then jacks will feel almost natural to go to as you arent relying so much on your nonstabing hand
lol walmart
but anyways it looks like you use your legs to pump
im not sayin you do but if you do try to learn to pump with your arms only
cuz in jackhammers youll really need that arm strength
your legs often get too close to the ground.
try keep your body at parallel to the ground even while hopping.
and for me i practice without using legs
it looks cleaner to me and it helps build your back muscles more
so when you eventualyl start trying to get higher than you have more muscle so your legs dont slam hard against the ground (personal experience)
your getting there though
