Mm try starting jacks without crickets for practice. If you can do that you can just pull of jacks right away, push it saves time practicing.

Mm I think you should get used to the move...

Mm jacks have this one difference in crickets: don't use your free hand.

If you need to use your legs, go ahead but just make sure in the end you don't kick, so yeah don't kick the whole time practicing.

~~~~~~~
Mm one more tip: Picture a handstand (or look one up), now picture a clean one handed-handstand.
Do you notice any difference?
It's that for the one-handed your body shifts to the one hand for balance.
Same thing for jackhammers, shift it a little.
Mm just experiment which could give out better balance and you should get jacks really simple.
Damn I have that kicking problem too. I think that's what's throwing off your jackhammers. Unfortunately I have no idea how to stop kicking either.
lol listen to OGL_BOT
he has the right words for such a briliant move.
and damnit why do people kick all of a sudden?? LMAO
when going into Jackhammers you should be cricketing first -as you should already know.
and you have to have the right momentum and have to have a stable say..10 - 15 crickets and get used to them..
sorry for the bad word usage an all.
but my English is gooder then yours..
the key to jackhammers is clean smooth crickets you should be able to do as many as you want with out tiering yourself and make sure that your stabed arm is stable not wobeling around
your crickets are sexy as hell, just keep practicing your jacks. practicing more circkets wont help anymore. just keep doing jacks fatigue your wrist and wait for the rewards in a couple of days.
I'm not an expert at this but i think your problem is that you don't lean on the side you're doing the circles.You are standing too paralel to the ground.
