hey guys, hehe i practiced crickets on tile floors i've had about 20 huge ass bruises on each of my knees =/ so now i use knee pads.

yeah i aint afraid of bruises, its just i've had tons and tons and tons more. hahahhaha, oh man how do i stable my legs so they dont flop i notice i had abit of that problem as well, when i watch you do it your body hard and solid where do you tence to do that?

hi, im a newb... but like i said before that is a nice guide. my problem is that i just cannot pump. all my weight is on the arm stabbed into the gut and i cant lift myself... Please help

uhhh...monkeycoconut, obviously you're not using the guide properly. the guide says don't bother reading the next section if you haven't perfected the previous one yet. you're strugging with handglide position, you're not ready to pump.
