yoz...i tried the cricket that as u describs...however..i end up with kicking my both legs upward...is that right?
or u should pump ur hand?
and the knees must be higher than elbow during hoppings right?

ya i did teh hand glide part good but when i pump for some reason my leg go stright and i fall. Can any of u help me?

crickets are a pain. if i dont practice them for a few days theyre not clean and smooth anymore.

I still dont quite get how to/what you mean by "PUMPING" your arm. Like are you supposed to straighten it a little or something? Cause I keep falling off balance whenever I try that.

hey guys, im still a newbie. i've been breaking for two months and crickets were the first move i've learnt. i can do 10-15 crickets very well and really fast. but im wondering is that enough to start on jackhammers? it seems like a big leap going from crickets to jackhammers and isnt as easy as it sounds. its like going from 50 2 hand pushups into 1 hand. not something u get in 5 minutes as president says.

hey, can u use wrist guards to learn them or is it better if you dont also can u use your lower body to help you pump when doing the crickets.

never use your legs, it makes you and your crickets ugly. you won't need any wrist protection if your form is good, and if you learn at the right pace without getting ahead of yourself, it's less likely that you'll hurt yourself. so take it slow. let it burn.
