Vin Diesel and the Internet - relation? I THINK SO

Vin Diesel invented the internet while trying to steal cable TV.

Contrary to popular belief, it was in fact Vin Diesel who invented the internet. Al Gore stole the designs when Vin fell asleep at his keyboard.

Don't worry, I had the same problem. I assume you curl your legs. Anyway, practice the cricket position with legs straight. Now try hopping using the lower back muscles. You should be able to do like 10 to 15. If you can't, well, keep practicing. That helps a lot.
Now do half a handglide then hop. Make big taps with right hand to get faster. PM me if you need help.

Cricketz help--- - 01-30-2004, 02:36 PM

hey guyz....ummmmm herez a couple tipz that might help....

ok first of all....there are 3 important thingz u need to do crickets:

1)STRONG WRISTS---use weights and roll ur wrist forward and back with them in ur hand it helpz a lot.

2)GOOD BALANCE--make sure when ur bouncing--elbows tucked into ur abs--u need to make sure when u switch hands while bouncing ur elbow hits the center of balance...(taht would be the center between ur abs)..if u fall over itz either not strong wrists or u didn't place ur elbow in the center of ur abs

3)FLEXIBLE BACK+Leg muscles--make sure when ur doing the cricks ur legs are straight, until u go fast then curl them inward....and u need a flexible back to curl them while ur moving otherwise ur gonna pull ur back muscle or a leg muscle...so stretch up

i learn all this from experience..so i hope this helpz...i can do up to about 40 crickets at a time...but if i had infinite energy i could do a lot more. PEACE--keep up the breaking bboyz + bgirlz of the ROcking NAtion

The reason why your feet are touching the ground is cuz you're not centering your body. Think of crickets as jackhammers which I know hopefully you'll learn someday, but anyway, all your weight goes on that left hand. Always lean to the left. Now, you gotta start leaning ahead more. If you think you're leaning perfectly right now, then the problem could be your lower back. Try this anyway, get into the handglide position, now spread your legs out and keep them straight. Point your toes, that might help. Now, you're going you move your legs up and down, using only your lower back. Your upper body will remain in the stall position. It should not move at all, and your legs should be going up and down. That will strenthen your lower back and help a lot. Try it and post back if it helped or didn't help.
