Shift all your weight to one hand and move the other. Then shift all your weight to the hand you just moved and move the other.

If you need more detail just read one of the guides in this forum...I think there are 3 so just look

Vin Diesel and the Internet - relation? I THINK SO

Vin Diesel invented the internet while trying to steal cable TV.

Contrary to popular belief, it was in fact Vin Diesel who invented the internet. Al Gore stole the designs when Vin fell asleep at his keyboard.

When you do the turtle... Should it be like the handglide position, just with both arms? Or do you stab in toattly diffrent places? Cuz i try it the handglide position. half hipbone/abs and i dont get no where.

ultraman - learning it slowly is the best way to go...helps you get the motions and balance.

BGrL_MysterYuz - make sure your elbows are stabbed and GO SLOWLY...also make sure they are perpendicular to the ground(straight up and down) or else you will just slide down to the ground. Also...keep practicing because it will help you build up balance and maybe some strength so you can do better turtles

breakyastyle - stab both arms where its comfortable...it takes more balance than a handglide because you don't have your arm by your head to help with balance.

learning it slow is nice but slow turtles are about 10x harder then doing it fast.

keeping ur elbows locked into ur gut helps to stop them from sliding, but getting ur hips to move onto the arm thats moving away from you is a better way. the slower u go, it doesnt matter when it comes to sliding. period.

handglide positions are completely different because u have one arm out, if u do that during turtles ull fall off balance

Dont bite the hand that feeds u, eventually everyone helping u will get annoyed...jesus.

Beginners giving beginners tips without understanding what they are saying is probally one of the worst ways to spread KNOWLEDGE.....which is the key to anything in life.
