Ok... I can turtle freeze for a good 2 mins no prob. I dont understand how you're supposed to turn urself. could someone explain the process and make me look like a moron?

shift you weight to one hand. Then lift up the other hand and move it. Put that hand down. Then shift your weight onto that hand and move the other one. If you need a better explanation read the guides in this forum or do a search for a guide

yeah turtles are all about shifting your weight from hand to hand. I find that, when learning, it can SOMETIMES help if you put your knees or feet on the ground so you don't have to worry about balance and concentrate on shifting your weight so you go in a circle.

Be warned, however, that if you keep practicing with your knees/feet on the ground, you may become reliant on having them there. Use this technique sparingly.
