president, in an earlier post you said turtles look wierd when you do them slow, whats the jig to bringing them into a fast pace to start with, can u start standing or anything?
Uh... just start quickly. You can do it from standing if you want to get momentum that way. If you want fast turtles from turtle position, it just depends on how you start it. You can push off with your legs, sweep your arm, or, and most importantly, swing your hips. Be sure that when you do them from standing that you dont fall onto you elbow and hurt your gut.
