Don't really need turtles. The only thing turtle spins help you with is your balance, and shifting your weight. My friend got crickets before he got turtles cuz he has balancing problems. I got turtles first because my balance is gosu. It just depends on what kind of a person you are.

Hanglide = handspin. At least where I'm from.. So I'll be saying hanglides throughout.
Okay, well crickets are a lot like handglides. Get into handglide position with your legs on the ground, you know, the works. Bend up your knees and push your body IN A CIRCULAR MOTION with your right hand, like a windmill. When your body starts turning, pump with your left arm(this is if you go CCW). KEEP YOUR KNEES BENT. When you are at the peak height of your pump, put your right hand down, followed by your left.
Then push your body IN A CIRCULAR MOTION with your right hand, like a windmill. When your body starts turning, pump with your left arm. Yes, and repeat this process 2489037249023x.

Yea, i do jackhammers too. If you go fast enough you don't really need strength. You need some more strength from jackhammers, though. Here's a clip.

People USUALLY get momentum from crickets when they do jackhammers, but this senior at my school run into them to get momentum, it's real tight. Anyways, the momentum for crickets comes from your non-stabbed hand and your initial turn into it. For CCW, its' your right, for CW it's your left.
To GAIN speed for jackhammers, you gotta have lots of wrist strength and turn your wrist quickly when you pump with it. For crickets, you can throw your torso to the side and push with your right hand in a circular motion very quickly. Just make sure the faster you go, then faster if you pump, otherwise you'll hurt your wrists.

o shit i wanna see that guy that runs into them
Yo i tried em and i can hop once, but thats cuz i didnt have any speed i guess
So should i sorta get in to a mill start position and like wind up (right arm stabbed and left off to the side, twist my torso/body to the right and bit and then unwist, but dont collapse??)
Ill try that out and ill get a vid soon i guess
hey so u dont use ure non pumping hand for balance right?? its just to gain speed and stuff mostly??
Aight when u pump (right hand for me) both my handz go up in the air like im sorta doing 2 handed jack hammers, is that right?

No, those are different crickets. They are easier to do becaues they take less coordination, but, in my opinion, they don't look at impressive and they are more difficult to transition into jackhammers. Do them the way I do it in my clip, it's almost like one hand up at a time.

i dont understand when im suppose to lift and put down each hand
Like after the first pump, i lift my left hand and like push off to get momentum, then i pump again and so on??
So basically it is a jack hammer but after each pump i put my other hand down?
