i just use a flannel (facecloth) it wurks pritty well fo me
handglides (counter-clockwise) 1.Get into a hanglide freeze (1 handed turtle freeze, 1 arm in your gut/stomach and 1 by your head for balance) 2.Spin your body by sweeping your right hand around in a semicircle(not just sweeping, it's kinda like pulling your body around in a circle, just it looks like a sweeping motion) 3.When you think you have enough speed, stop sweeping with your right hand and put it it anywhere but touching the floor(examples:rest it on your back, put it straight out like a wing, on your head etc.) 4.Glide for as long as you can, when you dont think you can glide any longer either start sweeping again or link your handglide 2 another move. thats the best way i can describe it, n e 1 can write another 1 if i'm wrong in n e way |
