Also, a tip for training the strength. More simpler than what you might think.
Just get down into a normal turtle starting position (legs straight, toes on ground, arms folded, hands down and pointing rearwards, elbows placed on the hip zone, forehead leaning on ground). Now, do a push up. Trust me, this move is HARD when you start it. It requires immensive strength, and the closer your arms are to your body, and the more your hands are turned "backwards", the more strength it requires. Doing these helps you to do the turtle in a more smooth manner, by allowing you to support your body further when tilting the body to the side. |

Yo dude, I'm spanish and I'm 14, I almost understood all the guide (BTW It was gr8t). I do my turtles CW and when I pass my weight to my left arm It colllapses and I fall down. I think Its matter of strength.. doesn't it? Help would be aprecciated.. any stretch or sumthin :P

Mine go cw but i learnd a few tips from this. My left arm always collapses when i shift weight 2 it also. I have 1 handd handglide freeze on ryt arm 4 30 45 sec. Should i prac on left arm 2? is that the problem?
