Crickets... Need Major Help -

Do you need to be strong to do crickets
because i have this problem I can hangglide freeze and even spin on my hang glide for the crickets the problem is I cant pick up my right elbow thats on my stomache for the crickets If i try to hop up and my right arm goes up when it comes back down it is either not in the spot anymore and on another part of my stomache which hurts it or it dosnt even hit the stomache DO YOU NEED TO BE STRONG TO DO THESE AND PUMP? seems like i just cant pump |

Dude dw you don't need to be that strong... If you're having trouble with the pump your probs doing it wrong. Read up on it some more and practice your stationary jump loads. Post a Vid and we can help you more

i cant bench over 130 but i can cricket over 40 times. it's all technique.

Practicing hopping in place, take it slowly, the practice going for 1 cricket, and JUST ONEE.
