I'm having a bit of trouble with the tucked planche, do your legs have to be tucked into your arms, or is it just strength and balance that holds you up? also how do I improve my balance, I keep tilting to one side and falling.

I had planche push ups this took 5 mintues to learn I felt so bad for my crew its sooo easy

hold I say I got it naw I have it master as in I can do wat I want with it after 20 min I still don't like this move its too easy well back to UFOs srry to sound arrogant but I don't care
