It took me about a week to get more than 1 rotation of the spin, but about 4 weeks to get more than 2 rotations and like 6 weeks to get them clean (it takes a while to make the move clean)

hey man personally I think these are easier than UFOs (if by UFOs, you mean that float where your legs are spread out in back like turtles except you're floating with your arms extended).

I also don't have UFOs, so I can't really compare. My instinct, though, is that Buddha spins are easier.

What do other people think?

dope man, I got these down in no time because of your tutorial

That sliding motion to the forearms did the trick and your emphasis on it is good for the tutorial. I always thought prior to seeing this that it literally was just spinning around. Not the case.
