but does anyone know how to do it?

and is it easier than the double leg?

the first leg is bent, were as in a double-leg both legs are straight

looks similar technique though

was just lookin for sum tips

One legged double leg... Nothing special and it probably wont feel much different but I dont know the guys skill but bending legs does help you if you dont have enough strength to accomadate the height with the leverage of the kick.

It's just you... lol.
But I understand what angle your looking at. It's a very intersting move.
It's not that hard if you know how to block your height with that hip rotation to look the opposite way. Then you also need to create enough force to get over which is the easiest part considering your comfortable and not scared with your set up.

Look. As I said. It's just a double leg. With one leg - how much more simple can it get. Think of it like that - if you can double leg than this move should be a breeze.
