you're not keeping your legs straight and driving your heels, so your feet are going STRAIGHT into the ground. make sure you get your back arched by driving your heels.

moves i got

all variations of footwork, toprock, uprock, turtles, helicopter/coffee grinder(1 and 2 handed), skyscraper, (air)chair, planche, kip up, no handed kip up, swipes, front handspring, front tuck, 2 handed air baby, super duper L kick, 1 legged swipes, handglides, crickets, windmills (stabbed), both ways leg hops, scissor kicks, back handsprings/back tucks, flash kicks, double legs, fulls, double fulls, front fulls, kick fulls, pretty much any crazy tumbling pass, and wallflips.

pm me and i'll help u with any of those moves

Well, i just thought I'd throw in my 2 cents here.

After a few weeks of practicing front hand spring, you can do them in your sleep...from a standing postition...whatever you want. they become so easy..much like a hand stand etc...however, the front flip for me is harder ofcourse...i have a video on bboy.org of me doing fron flips...but i stopped recently to focus on my windmillz. anyway, thats all.

also , to help out with your front hand spring and aireals etc, master a handstand and a cartwheel and a one handed cartwheel. once you get REALLY used to doing those moves, front hand springs because a piece of cake. also, master the roundoff...that is a very fun half-front handspring move. i dont know if it looks cool cause I've never videod myself anyway. peace.

well if you're landing FLAT on your back, then you're not staying in a tight tuck. grab your shins and hold them in tight. make sure to punch the ground as hard as you can for the takeoff. it makes a world of difference.

Mali-bootay one question? How many times did you fall down while trying to learn the front tuck?

moves i got

Hey Mali-Bootay!
Well I started learning front handsprings like 2 weeks ago, and I easily got over the fear and shit but I always kept landing on my back...or the odd time I would land on my feet but fall back anyways.

I know what the problem was though, I didnt see the importance of actually whipping your legs into the motion, I walways thought it had something to do with the hands pushing off (HANDspring) but I went outside like 5 minutes ago and after like 3 tries of whipping my legs really hard I actually landed one where i got up without even using my hands!

Thanks a bunch for the advice man! Haha im so glad I found this bboy.org site cause It's made so many moves more clear to me already !
Thanks aGain

-Vlad

Nice guide, but when I download the video it comes up as a corrupt file that I can't play. Any chance of posting it again or sending another link?
