When you jump, jerk your butt up. Your ass leads the flip. And jump high. Roll into a ball, then you should land nicely. Try jumping onto an elevated position, that way you'll find it easier when doing it on flat ground. At first you'll land on your bum, then you'll land squatting, then you'll be abel to uncurl just before landing and land standing (which is uber sweet.)

for me frontflips are harder than backflips, but i can do them. they're easy if u remember to be like a little ball most of the time and don't open too early. that's the point most breakers don't get it

I'm a beginner, don't expect too much !

I flip for my crew and that is the way a learned too.
Here are some tips to remember:

it is all in the whipping of your feet and arms.
DO NOT RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN INTO A FRONTFLIP (FOR BEGINNERS)
And don't forget to think little ball while you are doing this flip.

I won't tell you why to do these tips because you have probably already found out.

GOOD LUCK!!!

here this is my guide for a front flip with a running start ( if u cant do a running one and your tryin them standing your gonna find it really hard)

ok so u run up not to fast tho or u cant jump very high, then if u need to u do a lil hop then u do the jump, u hav your hands at about eye level then throw them down to your knees once u've jumped up then ul feel ur body wanting to open so thats when u would open, if u land on ur back your untuckin to early or not jumpin up enough and most likely are jumpin forward, and if your not landin them just keep tryin and change your untucking time try tucking longer or throwin your hands into it harder.

mainly with frontflips, you have to get the momentum to spin, just when you start a frontflip, jerk your arms and truck your legs in. well thats how i do it,i tried it yesterday and 2day in school i pulled it. you just cant be scared
